If the products do not satisfy you, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to make the return. The shipping costs for the return will be anticipated by Tassinari Srl and deducted at the time of re-credit:

Write an e-mail to shop@tassinarishoes.com with the subject "return". In the text insert the order number you find on the invoice, the details of the items to be returned and the reason for the return. Wait for our response where we will provide you with the authorization number. Write it on the "RETURN" sheet that we sent you. Prepare the package and attach the return sheets.
The shoes must be intact, as received. Shoes made without a box or in a damaged box can be refused and sent back to the customer. The return must be addressed to: TASSINARI s.r.l. Via San Felice, 55 40122 Bologna (Italy)
It is not possible to change size. In case you need to return and proceed with a new purchase.
If defects are found upon arrival of the goods, before use, please report them immediately by e-mail to shop@tassinarishoes.com, possibly with photos. In such cases, Tassinari Srl will answer fully. Once the return has been received, Tassinari Srl proceeds to reimbursement.
The refund of the price of returned products takes place within 15 working days from the date on which Tassinari Srl received the returned product in the indicated conditions. The re-credit is made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Customs charges and sales taxes are not refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
