Shipping methods

All orders are delivered via DHL or GLS courier, at the address you provided, from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
We do not ship to PO boxes. The delivery address cannot be changed once the goods have been dispatched.
A DHL or GLS tracking number will be provided via email so that you can track the shipping.
Delivery times: from the processing of the order the package is shipped in Express mode.
Europe: 2 - 3 working days
Rest of the world: 3 - 4 working days
Shipping is charged to the customer, all over the world, the cost varies depending on the destination:

ITALY / SAN MARINO / VATICANO

  • Free for full price items on order over € 200;
  • € 10 vat excluded for items on sale and order below € 200;

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Free for full price items on order over € 200;
  • € 20 vat excluded for items on sale and order below € 200;

UNITED KINGDOM

  • Free for full price items on order over € 200;
  • € 20 vat included for items on sale and order below € 200;

USA

  • Free for full price items on order over € 200;
  • € 40 vat excluded for items on sale and order below € 200;

ASIA

  • € 40 vat excluded for all items;

INDO-CHINA

  • € 60 vat excluded for all items;

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Free for full price items on order over € 200;
  • € 40 vat excluded for items on sale and order below € 200;

 

Duties and Taxes

Any additional cost due to taxes and / or duties for sales outside the European Union are at the buyer’s expense. These must be paid directly to the courier in order to release the goods. For more information please contact the relevant Customs Office or the fiscal authority in charge.

Receipt of goods

To ensure a secure delivery, the courier requires the signature of the recipient to confirm receipt at the time of delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered.
If, at the time of delivery, the package appears damaged or imperfect, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the courier.
We recommend that you inspect the goods at the time of delivery and verify that the quantity of products delivered corresponds to your order, that the packaging looks intact, that it is not damaged, or otherwise altered. Any anomalies should be noted in writing on the courier’s delivery note.
Any problems in the delivery must be reported promptly to our customer service and within 30 (thirty) calendar days after order confirmation.

Insurance

All packages shipped are insured against theft / loss and damage from the moment they are given to the courier until delivery to the recipient.
If on receipt the packaging is damaged, we recommend that you refuse the goods or that you report on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package.
Once delivered to the address provided and once they are collected, the goods are no longer insured.
